  Horrendous, ordered one pizza and a side at about midday, delivery arrived at around 2pm. Complete wrong order, called the restaurant and was told they would get the correct order out within the next 30 minutes which didn't happen. So I called again and was offered a refund which should arrive within 72 hours. Not great guys.

  Ordered this eve - won’t be again! Took hour and a half to arrive to be rock hard, cold and dry Called store to be told too busy to deal with it and contact head office for a refund - AVOID

  Just simply not fit for purpose. Such a shame. Used to great! This is is the last time I order from here. Total letdown. Also very frustrating that there is no way of contacting anyone after waiting 2 hours for an order. They don't answer the phone! I had to go in in the end and didn't receive an immediate refund. They said I had to call head office. Seeing how dirty it looked in there, i was eventually glad I didn't receive my order.

  For the second time, what a complete st show!** The manager has a real attitude problem, talks far too quickly, and kept telling me that he was “the manager” — yet thought it was acceptable to hang up on me several times after we placed our order at 7pm. It’s now 9:20pm, and our order still hadn’t arrived. If we hadn’t gone down ourselves to collect it, I genuinely don’t think it would have arrived at all. This is the second time we’ve experienced this level of poor service. These guys seriously need some customer service training, because the way customers are spoken to and treated is completely unacceptable. We certainly won’t be ordering again. AVOID!! 🚩

  Matey behind the counter said "leave me review" before saying anything else or even given me the pizza... It wasn't great timing as i'd just watched him rolling pizza dough, answer the phone, touch the till and various work surfaces and then go back to the dough without washing his hands. If i hadn't already ordered online, I probably wouldn't have ordered. The pizza wasn't anything special, we ordered a half and half and you couldn't even tell which was which half was which as the whole thing just looked and tasted the same, so I don't think we even got what we ordered.
