  Excellent service, friendly staff and the whopper meal that I ordered was fresh, fries crispy. Restaurant was clean and tidy .

  Chips were full of either hair or fibres from a scouring pad, whole meal was cold, burger was burnt, will not be returning for food.

  Ordered from a delivery company a couple times a while ago , one order was perfect the second was Terrible and for my £22 order I got a £5 refund (pics below of that order) for them giving me a Strawberry Milkshake instead of a Chocolate Milkshake and Brown Lettuce on the Royale. The Frozen Fanta was 2/3 full also ! Thought I'd go into the the shop a few days later to see what the service was like , not sure why but I printed my ticket from the machine , the lady on the counter barely looked at me until I pointed out that id ordered two large drinks (filled to the top almost this time) not a large and medium which was what was sitting on the counter, this was sorted once I showed my ticket but the medium fries was more or less thrown at me. I barely eat Fast Food so when I do it's a naughty treat but I think this place needs some training ! In Food Preparation / consistency /Food Safety / Customer service. The Frozen Fantas are delicious and totally bad for you and filled with sugar. One every 6 months maybe 🤔

  Whopper was ligitamately perfect, good amount of chips, friendly service - more suited to takeaway as a place, but excellent service
