I shop there because the scan as you shop is great, in and out rapid while the sheep still line up at the manned tills while the scan as you shop areas are often empty, i think the cornish can be narrow minded, prove me wrong when it's the same everyday. A problem i have is one security guard lady always follows me about for about a year now. I have complained but she still stalks me, so you have paid her many many hours in wages for nothing while local junkies steal stuff. I've been happily shopping there for about 10 years, but if it continues I'll take my money else where. The rest of the staff are fine.

I would like to suggest that Tesco in Launceston starts selling halal meat, such as chicken, beef and lamb. There are Muslim families and customers in our community who would really appreciate having halal meat available locally. If it is not possible to introduce a full halal meat section, even a small dedicated fridge or shelf with clearly labelled halal meat products would make a big difference. Currently, finding halal meat locally can be difficult, and having this option at Tesco would make shopping much easier and more convenient for Muslim customers. I hope Tesco will consider this suggestion. Thank you for listening to your customers and considering the needs of our diverse community.

This store is a mess. We've been holidaying in the area for around 4 years now and this has been an awful visit. For a start the Costa makes real weak coffee. The shop itself is a bit of a mess everything is placed in the way. The yo sushi counter has mislabeled products on the shelf. I purchased what I thought was a chicken katsu pack as stated on the pack but the sticker says salmon and I bring it home to find it is in fact salmon. Its a good thing I'm not allergic to fish as that could have ended badly and yes I would have sued the store for mislabeling their products. Won't be coming back to this store again
