  Spent a long weekend here and I cannot fault it at all. Glamping in their bell tents and even with the terrible weather it was very comfortable. Had the most amazing time and will definitely be returning. Food was outstanding and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Dave and Andrea couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you!

  Can’t rate our stay and experience high enough! We used the glamping tents for our weekend stay and the facilities were clean, we had lots of space, and everything we needed was available. Dave and Andrea were the best hosts, they made the trip even more memorable, and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast that is included in the stay is beautiful, everything is fresh and tasty. Thank you all, we are already looking at booking our next trip, I recommend The Three Tuns to everyone I talk to!

  I don't think 5 stars covers the treatment we received from our hosts and their staff. From start to finish, nothing we asked was too much trouble. We were truly looked after by Dave, Andrea and all of the staff. The facilities were impeccable, the location is stunning, the food is outstanding and the people are so welcoming. I have already booked my return trip in a few months time to discover more of the area. Can't recommend highly enough. We were a hen party that took over all tents and field. Everything we needed was catered for. Highly recommend large celebrations such as birthdays etc. Especially if you have some that like to glamp and some that like hotel rooms.

  Had roast dinner on Sunday, our first visit and it was absolutely lovely plenty to eat , chicken was beautiful and the beef was tasty. I would definitely recommend it. The owner was very delightful and friendly ,asked us on numerous occasions if everything was ok which it was. Will definitely be going bk in mid week for something off the main menu which looked nice to the eye too. The only downfall was I was too full up to have a dessert.The pub was very cosy, staff were welcoming and very pleasant. I can not comment on the hotel side as was not staying. From memory ,work has definitely improved since the new owners have taken over.

  I ate here a couple of times while staying at a B&B nearby. The atmosphere was great and the staff were brilliant - very friendly, but very professional too. Everything was spotlessly clean, with tables wiped immediately after guests left. The menu was interesting (more than typical 'pub grub') and food was very good - not the cheapest, but good quality and well-presented. I had the burrata & tomato salad (delicious) and the Flat-iron chicken, which was well-cooked and tender, with lovely skin-on chips, though I'd have liked some veg included. The second time I had a steak & ale pie, also very tasty and with plenty meat. I loved the "mini pudding and hot drink" option - just enough dessert to satisfy a sweet tooth but without overloading! Would definitely recommend.
