  Sunday 19th July 11am till 12 click and collect experience Halston Terrible experience juat now at the click and collect, was early for the 11am slot so went over to the lad and he said shopping wasn't up yet. I waited in a parking space then went over at 11am and stood near the door of click and collect , baring in mind I had now been waiting 15 minutes and watched the 2 lads unload the van without even thinking the ask for my name to get yhe shopping off whilst unloading , on top of thos the lad the proceeded to serve 3 people before me , I pulled in behind a car and the lad then said to me "you can't park there you need to wait in the spaces" to which ai said, the spaces i have juat been in and explained i had now been waiting 20 minutes or more and other people had been served. Whilst I was then getting my shopping loaded a gentleman decided to come over and start accusing me of queue jumping and not once did the lad working actually say I was in fact the first one before anyone. As a parting gift as I went to get in my car the lad working then spoke to me like a child saying I wasn't meant to pull in behind a car !!!! Luckily just on holiday and won't have to deal with these people again Now need a lie down

  Can I say a huge thank you to staff member Charlie who helped me today when a security tag had been left on an item of clothing the other day but it didn’t go off when I left the store. Luckily I had my receipt?!!! This is about the third or fourth time this has happened in this store and most of the time the staff couldn’t care less about the fact that I’ve had to make a return journey spending time and fuel I don’t have having to return to the store - no apology or anything. Charlie took the time to acknowledge the fact that this was very inconvenient- he was smiley and chatty and I really appreciated his time and effort today - thank you 🙏 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
