  We were walking around Falmouth and felt thirsty, so we looked for some bottled water and found a Tesco. We went in and bought a pack of bottled water and a pack of tissues. The staff were okay but didn't smile. The shop was quite busy.

  Good prices, unfortunately the staff, specifically an older gentleman was incredibly rude on numerous occasions. The most notable one was when he asked which type of pouch nicotine I wanted, and with my finger I pointed to one of them. He seemed to take incredible offense at this and yelled at me to not point. Found it rather strange as I was not pointing at him nor was I rude, I profusely apologised for the pointing (again at the shelf not at him) despite me doing what practically everyone does when the store clerk is having trouble finding the exact product. Very disappointed, the guy seemed rather angry at the world, not sure why he's still employed as I know plenty of people who have similar complaints.

  I’ve been experiencing bad customer service multiple times at this particular location. In particular an older man that works there. I wanted to choose cigarettes and when I pointed to the cigarettes the man said overly aggressively “that it’s rude to point you know!”. I don’t like to speak in public as I’ve got a severe speech impediment and this interaction ruined my day….
