  We don’t get dominoes often because it can be hit and miss but Falmouth dominoes was great! Friendly staff and quick service. Will happily order again

  Don’t rely on polite words if they aren’t followed by action. I was given the wrong pizza, and I was told, very nicely, that it would be dropped off to my house. I live about a 20-minute drive away, so that’s a 40-minute round trip for something that was not my mistake. Fuel isn’t cheap, and I shouldn’t have to make that journey to correct an error your business made. Thirty minutes after telling me you were on your way, I then received a call saying you could not drop it off after all. At that point it was late (around 9pm) and I still hadn’t eaten. To make matters worse, I’m unable to eat the pizza I was given by mistake. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. A refund and a £9 voucher doesn’t really address the inconvenience caused or the fact that I was left without a meal after being told the issue would be resolved.

  paid extra for jalepenos and didn’t get any on my pizza
