  Unfortunately run down and parents anniversary go meal but food wasn’t great at all and food look burnt and hard cut meal and food cold and hard starving and staffing overwhelmed do busy Sorry to staff that family member he’s brain works different process then other people Sorry staff finished 3 September door closed good 😔 Good luck future

  The Carclaze was clean, quiet and we had a lovely relaxing evening despite the number of families and potential for noise. It was a very positive experience much better than other pubs that are joined to premier inn. Using the blue light card discount was easy thanks to our lovely waitress. She was prompt polite and welcoming - she passed on our thanks to the chef and fed back the positive impact this had on him/her! The food was amazing- I'm always nervous ordering steak ss its often chewy and never cooked how I like it - rare! Wow this time it was spot on! Both meals were hot tasty nicely presented and everything got ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! My husband NEVER gives 5 stars!! Great night, great service, great food - we have changed our plans for Monday night and we shall be returning to the Carclaze! Thank you 👍😊🤗😋💕
