  Walked in, member of Staff greeted us, but had to go and check if they coukd accommodate us as we weren't staying in the adjacent hotel. Told No, only for someone else to come over and say Yes, but only if we sat in the bar.... Food mediocre, steak very chewy.

  What you expect from a restaurant portion cooking, food was ok just lacking personality. I can see why Whitbread are closing them all as they have failed to invest in proper food and chefs. Obviously because they are closing a lot of the staff are leaving which will only get worse.

  Food quality is great for the price. We had a meal deal from the Premier Inn, which made it even better value. I think with the prices, people would expect the quality of food or service to be lacking, but it isn't the case. Sammy/Sammie was absolutely amazing, and not just for us, but to every person she served! Definitely added to the experience! As I said food quality and speed of service is also brilliant and all the staff we spoke to were very pleasant.

  Went for continental breakfast on a Sunday morning. The food was fresh and very tasty. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

  I had a meal here which was a treat from a family member. Portion sizes were small and the food was dry. I usually take food back but the place was busy. From my experience of the place the food is awful and I would not recommend anyone to go there.
