And to make it worse, they don't answer the phone so we can find out what happened. Go on the app and that thing barely works, can't upload anything and you're just talking to a virtual assistant. For us this McDonald's is about ten miles away, so it's not easy to pop back and complain. Only in Bodmin would you find this low level of service.
