  Shocking service, got there for 6.45, didn't leave until 9.30 mainly because we were waiting for service throughout. My partner had to go and ask 3 separate times for them to bring order, clear plates and bring desserts we had ordered ages ago. Prices ridiculous for what it was.

  Sadly really gone downhill,only residents allowed to eat in or use the bar nothing on website no warning other than piece of paper on the door.never going back again

  Went today for lunch, 4 persons only to be told it is no longer open to non residents, but a banner is still up saying £5.99 meals 12-6pm Terrible we’re meeting our friends who have travelled quite a few miles.

  Just an absolute joke! Went for my daughters birthday yesterday evening got there just after 18.30 got sat all going fine ordered our food was only four of us on the table and then the wait begins over an hour later manager comes to our table after we chased them asking how much longer food was going to be he said he won’t lie but going to be another 10 minutes ok fine….another 25 minutes past and still no food. The place wasn’t busy at all and the manager was walking around huffing and puffing because customers were obviously becoming less patient. In the end we walked out after 1 hour and half or more waiting for food. I have no idea why there was such a wait I overheard another table saying they have waiting over an hour and half also. Who ever that bloke was in charge last night needs some training in customer service 🙄
