My sisters 18th birthday today, so her and my mother went out to buy some alcohol and scratch cards - just typical fun for someone's 18th. As they were buying the scratch cards the woman behind the counter asked for ID, which is fine and was shown to her, but then she had the audacity to ask for the time she was bornđ. My sister genuinely thought it was a joke and laughed at it which fair enough but the woman was giving her dirty looks as if she wasn't joking
I don't remember word for word what was said but she was snarky and had a horrible tone on her, you're going to fix this.

I went there and had the exact same thing the interview before me did I was casually walking torwards the Costa machine and put a lot of sugars (to be fair before I paid I forgot to put hot coco poweder in there) so I first paid them did that but this woman that worked for Lindt chocolate (apparently) went up to me and said âwhat are you doingâ I went making a coffee but she wasnât sure about my response so she got security which looked to be maybe an 18-20 year old and after she did that he said âgoâ in a nice way to avoid her so we left and I screamed to her on the way out âSEE NO STEALING LOVEâ and furiously walked out of that Tesco safe to say that if she ainât working there anymore (I hope not) I will return to that tescos but thereâs a high chance that I wonât

I rarely leave reviews, but after the experience my family and I had, I feel it is important to speak up.
During our visit, I was with my two younger cousins who were visiting for the day. Almost immediately, a female staff member began following us around the store. Her behaviour felt very targeted and intimidating, as she continued to watch and follow us throughout the store without any clear reason.
Her actions made us feel extremely uncomfortable and singled out. At one point, the situation became even more upsetting when she spoke to us in a very rude and disrespectful manner and made us feel as though we were being accused of stealing. I have never stolen in my life, so being treated in such a humiliating way in public was incredibly embarrassing.
To try and resolve the situation calmly, I even asked her to follow us to the checkout so she could clearly see that we had nothing to hide. Despite this, her attitude remained hostile.
What was particularly disturbing was how she spoke to my younger cousin, who is only 15 years old. As we walked to the checkout, she told him, âDo not turn your back on me,â in a very aggressive and intimidating way. Speaking to a minor like that is completely inappropriate.
To make matters worse, other staff members present appeared to laugh at the situation instead of handling it professionally. Watching staff laugh while a customer is being humiliated was shocking and very disappointing.
The entire experience left me feeling extremely upset, embarrassed, and unfairly targeted. No customer should ever be made to feel this way while simply visiting a store.
I sincerely hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures that staff treat customers with respect and professionalism in the future.

Please employ people at the checkouts. The shops good, the staff are great, but getting out of there is getting to be a real pain. 2 checkouts open with queues 3 or 4 deep. The trolley checkout not manned. Not the first time this has happened.
