  Absolutely awful experience. Went for breakfast today with my daughter ordered on the screen . Waited half an hour no sign of food or drinks. We ordered poached eggs on toast and a bacon roll. Food comes and eggs were not cooked. I approached one of the staff to be asked in a tone"whats the matter " i explained it was taken off me and she went to the kitchen, my daughters bacon roll was past crispy. Still no drinks so called a member if staff over who looked at me blankly and went to do the drinks then comes back with one wrong drink. In the meantime my poached eggs on toast comes out with a comment of as walking away "its fresh its all fresh". The wrong drink then comes to us replaced with remnants of some of the wrong drink. So disappointed, so annoyed. I used to work in catering environments and never would have been allowed to be with that with a customer. The cafe wasn't even full. Not happy.

  I know it's only a Tesco cafe but waiting 35 minutes for a breakfast when people who've been served after you are getting theirs before you do is a bit annoying. No idea what the food is like but I doubt it's worth the wait to find out. Staff are friendly and no fuss for a refund in fairness.

  The only prob was a 30 min wait for food but I must say it was very busy. We had an apology when the food came. Very nice staff
