- SWSophie WilliamsJun 12, 20261.0AVOID MCDONALDS CROSS HANDS. I visited on, 11th of June at 23:50. After placing my order, I spent several minutes waiting at each drive-thru window while staff appeared distracted by their phones and were not paying attention to customers. The overall service was extremely slow, with long delays at every stage despite only a few cars being ahead of me. When I finally received my order, the food was incomplete and the fries were cold. I would also suggest that management take a closer look at staff phone use during working hours. Throughout my visit, staff appeared more focused on their phones than serving customers. This not only contributed to excessive waiting times but likely also affected the accuracy of orders and the quality of the food being served. Better supervision and enforcement of workplace standards would help prevent delays, cold food, and poor customer experiences like the one I encountered.

The staff member saw him waiting but instead of serving him, she started using her mobile phone and scrolling. He waited for several minutes and was completely ignored. No acknowledgement was given and no attempt was made to take his order. Eventually, my husband left without being able to order any food at all. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. Customers should not be left standing waiting while staff are using their phones. As a disabled customer who relies on assistance, I found this particularly upsetting. I hope management will address this and remind staff of the importance of basic customer service.
