  Came to the shop with my little boy and the two men behind the counter were so lovely to him! My card got declined and I didn’t realise till later, I went back to pay and they’d paid for it out of their own pocket bless them, extremely kind!

  I spend a lot of time on the road with my job and I like subway when I’m away from home. The staff at the Cross Hands restaurant are fantastic and a special mention to the manager, Tim and his special brand of humour but mixed with an excellent attitude and professionalism. A flagship of the brand. Thanks!

  Really good subway, everything is always the perfect version of the item. The staff are pretty quick and lovely too. Special shout out to Tim who'se served me a few times. Always a pleasure.
