  Clean, tidy and the food was very hot so just made which was great. Also it has air con as it was 33oC outside so that was very wellcome. Park at the back carpark if you are sitting in as the front one there is no safe way to walk round.

  The staff were rude, including the manager. Customer service was poor, and the business appears to be very poorly managed.

  Unfortunately, it’s always a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The prices match the quality — average at best. There’s almost always something missing from the order and you have to keep asking staff to fix it. The salads are consistently unappealing and look far from fresh. The milkshakes taste different every time — sometimes overly sweet, sometimes watery and not properly cold or thick. Honestly, the only reason I still come here is because my kids ask for it.

  0 STARS IF I COULD. honestly what despicable customer service they have at this mcdonald’s. The staff at the drive-thru screen was incredibly rude—she barely said a word to me, just took my code and snapped, “Next window,” without even taking my order. I had to politely say “I need to order?”. When I got to the pickup window, not only was my drink wrong, I nicely notified the member of staff about the mix up. Instead of apologising or offering to correct the mistake professionally he just told me I ordered the drink he had handed me. When I asked whether I’d been charged extra because the drink I received was more expensive than the one I ordered, he just said “Probably.” There was no apology, no offer of a refund, and no attempt to fix the issue properly. So I felt no choice to complain and ask for my money back. If he was polite and just swapped my drink professionally, I wouldn’t have even of dreamt of asking for my money back. I would never dream of talking to a customer the way I was spoken to over something that could have so easily been resolved. They really need some staff training on basic manners and how to politely and professionally resolve issues. Honestly shocking and it really needs looking into
