- GLGillian LeongAug 12, 20264.0Normally very good, went there last night after ordeal at hospital as the Cross Hands was shut for maintenance. The food would have been good, but someone had really slipped up with salt on chips, to the point couldn'teat them. Normally I would have just taken back, but too tired to bother. Staff were usual good selves so no complaint there. Just be mindfully about the salt. I will go again as a one off

Then I ordered a large McChicken meal and was given a regular one. The manager’s response was simply, “Sorry, I’ll have a word with him.” Very poor service and attitude all round. Not impressed at all.
