They missed the sausage from my son's pancakes & sausage breakfast, then he found two big hairs on his pancakes, unfortunately the main carpark was very busy and the overflow carpark was blocked by someones crashed car, so we drove off and it's too much hassle to go back to complain.

- ODOliver DaviesSep 26, 20265.0Absolutely unacceptable experience. A woman working there was shouting at me, and then, unbelievably, threw a burger directly in my face. There is no excuse for treating a customer this way. Whatever the disagreement was, shouting at customers and throwing food at them is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I have never experienced customer service this hostile and disrespectful. Management seriously needs to address this behaviour because customers should not have to tolerate being verbally confronted or having food thrown at them.
