⭐ 1 star — Extremely disappointing One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. We ordered two garlic breads and a large pizza, but the food was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what we expected. The quality was poor, the portion was not satisfying, and it certainly did not feel worth the money. What made the experience even worse was the service and attitude of the staff. We felt unwelcome and poorly treated, particularly as tourists. There was very little friendliness or customer service, and the whole experience was uncomfortable. Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5 I would not recommend this place. We left disappointed and dissatisfied, and I would not return.

A huge thank you to Louis at Domino’s Carmarthen! 🍕❤️ I was having trouble with the app and it wouldn’t let me claim my free item, which was really frustrating. Louis was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond - he sorted it out on the till in the store and even knocked money off my bill, meaning I ended up saving £15! 🙌 Really appreciate him taking the time to sort everything out rather than just sending me away to deal with the app. Fantastic customer service and genuinely lovely to deal with. Thank you so much, Louis - you’re a credit to Domino’s Carmarthen! ⭐️

Finished too late from work. Went to ask if they were still taking orders. They completely ignored me. I get it guys you are closed, but even a look and nod would do. A customer was waiting next to me for her order and she was laughing with their attitude. We couldn’t even hear the two guys speaking about me saying just ignore him. Management can check it on CCTV, midnight 14/07 to 15/07
