She never spoke harshly, told me off, or encouraged anyone to shout. The only person who raised their voice was another customer called Kelsey, and Maria had nothing to do with that. In fact, it was the person who left that 1-star review who came into the shop and had a go at the staff. Maria stayed calm and professional throughout. This place is good, and Maria deserves full support.
