Went in with my friends today. The employee asked my 17 year old friend for id which is totally reasonable. They had a discussion about challenge 30. My friend handed her the ID and she denied the sale because of his “attitude” that was actually ridiculous. He wasn’t even being rude just questioning about the challenge 30. Me and 2 other friends went to the other staff member on the other till and both got served after we showed him our OD. Terrible customer service from the old lady who got her ego hurt by a teenager.

Very disappointing experience. We had travelled a long way and, understandably, needed to use the toilet when we arrived. When we asked Steve if we could use it, he shouted at us and spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner. I completely understand that a business may have its own rules regarding toilet use, but there was no need to shout at customers. After such a long journey, the way we were treated was extremely unpleasant. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reminds staff that customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

Disappointing experience at SPAR today We visited SPAR today and asked if a lady could use the toilet. One member of staff told us that it was okay, but when we went to use it, another member of staff refused to allow her to use the toilet. It was quite confusing and upsetting to receive two completely different responses from staff members. If customers are not allowed to use the toilet, this should be made clear from the beginning rather than having one member of staff say yes and another say no. We hope the staff can communicate better with each other and treat customers with more understanding and consistency in the future.

Please add Post Office to the title, as it doesn’t come up when you search on maps, so it’s hard to find if you’re not local

On the night staff Disappointed with this SPAR Bowness .Most of the staff spend ages standing outside vaping and chatting instead of doing their jobs. Shelves are left unattended and customers aren't helped properly. The only bright spot is one hardworking member of staff who is always on the till serving and doing everything right. It's unfair that they have to carry the whole store while others slack off. Management really needs to sort this out.
