Extremely bad experience. I visited Tesco on 18 August and had a really unpleasant experience. The behaviour of the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Ally behaved very badly with me, and a girl with coloured hair was also incredibly rude. Another bald staff member even shouted at me and my entire family just because I was taking a little longer to scan my items. The worst part was Ally using the F-word in front of my baby. This is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. I have never experienced such poor customer service before. I’m extremely disappointed and will never visit this Tesco branch again. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This is incredibly upsetting and very shocking bcz this store staffs r very very rude . The staff saying f..word to the customer . How rude these staffs r !!!!!!!!!!! The girl name Ellie was chasing us out of the store bcz shouting f word just bcz it’s almost closing time . We came with our kids and family and we were around 10 people wanted to buy groceries from the store but staffs r shouting rudely and using f word bcz it’s closing time . Didn’t wanted to let us pay for our groceries even they came towards us aggressively and shouting out now and get lost !!!!!!! This is how Tesco doing business ? This is the behave Tesco well own company giving training to their staffs ? We even requested that we won’t take long bcz we done shopping and just paying of the stuffs at the paying machine . But they starts shouting on us and our kids got scared .. I guess this is a racial attack and they intentionally was rude with us bcz we came from london to visit here on holiday . We request the Tesco management to check the camera and will easily gonna find out the incident. Tesco must take action to this lady name elllie who was shouting f word towards us even inI front of our kids and family . We r providing the invoice of our shopping. Tesco management can check their cctv footage and find out about this issues . Hope Tesco won’t allow their staffs to behave like this with other customer !!!!!!!
