  Absolutely shocking. Worst McDonald’s in the country by far Waited 1 hour 30 minutes for a simple Big Mac meal on multiple occasions, everyone else stood around me was in the same scenario Finally got my food. The drink was supposed to be a large but was half empty with no ice, chips hadn’t been salted whatsoever, and the burger looked like it had been thrown at the wall and stood on… also had half a jar of pickles in and was missing a burger patty

  Honestly the worst McDonalds I’ve been to in the country and unfortunately just happens to be my local one. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here, but the most recent being today 09.09.2026. I went in nice and early around 8:15am for a breakfast as a treat, I stood at the counter waiting as I was paying cash, at least 3 members of staff were close enough to me in the back to acknowledge me and some did even see me, I was ignored by all 3 until eventually what looked like a team leader took good past me to the car park, told me she would be just a min which I had no issue with, I waited and when she came back in she then proceeded to go and have a conversation with another member of staff while looking at phones which I can only presume was for shifts etc. could this not wait until you have served your customer? I have worked in fast food myself as well as restaurant and cafe kitchens and environments, so I am not unaware of how it all works. This is supposed to be fast food, it’s absolutely useless and I’ve never met a single member of staff that are capable of doing their job in this restaurant.

  This has to be the worst service Mc Donald's I have ever been to. And with no other ships close by, one is forced to go back. There's always issues with the orders especially with drive-thru orders (they never pack everythingthat one has ordered), the wait is always long, and the last few times I was there, the drive thru was closed yet the app accepted orders for drive thru pick up. You get to the store and there's no indication of what one must do when they've ordered a drive thru collection. Extremely frustrating

  The waiting time here is always a bit ridiculous, but this morning we were waiting 45 mins for our breakfast - annoying but everyone else around us was also waiting about that long too so we didn’t think anything was up with the order - when it got to a point we’re all other breakfast orders were out we went to the till to find that my order had already been cancelled and refunded to someone else?! So I was never going to get the order anyway and had no idea, apparently there was a mix up/confusion when refunding someone else’s order, but if that’s the case and there was some confusion maybe at least call out that order number to double check it’s the right order that is being cancelled and refunded, and that there isn’t someone actually waiting for that order. Serious lack of communication to customers and between staff. This does not appear to matter if it is busy or quiet - there is always a wait/some kind of issue
