Just big queues of people tediously waiting for their food. The staff need to have a day trip to Stafford services McDonald's to see what speed and quality of service is. Food ready 2 mins after I placed the order.

The wait times are ridiculously long, the hours open contradicts the hours on the app (supposed to be 24 hours), the food always seems like it’s been resting for hours, the staff are so poor in their attentiveness and speed.
