Worst subway ever. Miserable staff who obviously don't want to be there. Speed of sandwich creation is glacial. A truly terrible place.

Slow. 30 minutes after ordering we got two sandwiches. There was only one order before us.

We stopped here for lunch and were extremely disappointed. The service was incredibly slow, and we ended up waiting a ridiculous amount of time for our food. One person in our group has coeliac disease, which is a serious autoimmune condition—not a dietary preference. We’ve visited many other Subway branches where staff understand the importance of preventing cross-contamination, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case here. The self-service kiosk clearly offered gluten-free bread as an option, but when it came to making our order, the staff member said they didn’t have any. It was only after I pointed out that it was available on the kiosk that he went to check in the back, where gluten-free bread is normally stored in the freezer to avoid contamination. Even more concerning, after handling regular bread, the staff member didn’t change his gloves or wipe down the preparation area before making the gluten-free sub. This creates a serious risk of cross-contamination, making the food unsafe for someone with coeliac disease. Coeliac disease isn’t a choice—it can have significant health consequences if even small amounts of gluten are consumed. This level of food safety awareness should be standard, especially when advertising gluten-free options

The service at Subway could be improved quite a lot. The staff member was polite, but there seemed to be a lack of sales training, for example, I wasn’t asked if I wanted to make it a meal or add a drink, which should be standard practice. Also, the bread on my sub was a bit hard and dry, which affected the overall quality of the meal. Hopefully these areas can be improved for future customers.
