  Says the drive thru is open at 10am but I’ve been twice between 10:30-11 and it was closed both times, they have a number to ring but apparently no phone to answer because we’ve rang 4 times and no answer.

  It's a burger king. Standard better quality food than most fast food establishments. Service time dependant on order. Has one of those self-service drinks machines that let you pick the 5,000 different types of Fanta no sugar.

  Self service machines didn't work. Staff ignored me until I shouted over the counter. When the order was finally taken, took 15+ minutes for a burger and fries. Went to eat the food at home and it was like eating week old leftovers. Chips were cold and soggy, burger was cold, salad in the burger was like it had been sat on the side all day. Terrible. Have tried many BKs over the years and they have always been good. This one however is awful. Will definitely not be returning. Huge waste of money.

  Twice in 2 days we have placed a order and twice it has been wrong cold and stuff miss only reason i ordered again was because they gave credit the first time as an apology tried calling never answer foods shit customer service shit wouldn't even give them 1 star spot needs shut down robbing people
