    "Card only" on the counters Id already withdrawn the money for our food and ordered when I noticed the signs Now, the staff were polite and made great food, but I could see how disheartened they were when I explained I only had cash. They tried to explain there was no till at all, hence card only. I stated cash was legal tender and they couldn't refuse it. I did feel bad for both male members of staff, they were clearly doing their job and very well indeed. I think they may be reprimanded for the cash payment unfortunately due to no fault of their own. Management are aware of seasonal holidays and days in which they operate during this time. No cash is not a technical issue its a unorganised human issue. Options should be available to pay the correct cash amount if the customer doesn't have a bank card/ other Atmosphere rated low as the staff where in very high spirits and very professional until faced with the cash payment . They were visibly stressed by the change and I felt like they would be in trouble which made me feel awful. Service rated low as no cash option is poor with no issue for it other than poor organisational skills. The staff 5* the no cash issue 0*
