  Bought an apple card here i scratched the card but couldnt see the number so couldnt use the card.So took the card to tescos were i ɓought it and said what happened.i am on mobility and have trouble walking so they sent me somewhere else so i hobbled there but i explained to them whàt happened with the card They said i bought it at tesco express so they couldnt help me so i went all the wày back to tescos and told them what happened so the girl on the counter went to see their superior. The lady from the counter came back and said the card has been activated so tescos couldnt help me.So she was trying to give me the apple card back. I didnt take it because i couldnt use it so i left the£100 card with the nice lady and left the shop which i will never shop there again.They sell the cards so it is there problem i am down a £100 and they dont care i am sorry i think its diabolical a large firm like tescos rob a stroke victim like me i only gave you 1 star because the girls on customer service were very friendly to me. Kevin Cook is my name so dont ever buy apple cards from any tesco place as you will get no help from them

  I regularly shop at Tesco Express and have generally been impressed. The store is spacious and well organized, with a really good range of all products we need. Staff are really friendly and helpful and i like the thing that it opens early in morning at 6AM and stays open late On the downside the store can get quite busy during peak hours and sometimes the queue at checkouts are long but overall I am satisfied with service.

  Too small. Too cramped. A massive disappointment 😔 Limited stock. Not at all useful. Over priced. Tesco has misread their market. I'll not be back anytime soon. The one star is too high where this store is concerned. Tesco should have replicated the store they recently closed down at Victoria Viaduct in Carlisle. Tesco has missed a golden opportunity.
