  I’m extremely disappointed with Papa Johns over the way they handled the £5 pizza promotion. The promotion was advertised as running until 11 October yet it has been ended early. If you advertise an offer with a specific end date, customers reasonably expect that offer to remain available until that date. Ending it early without properly communicating this is completely unacceptable and, in my view, morally wrong. Customers shouldn’t be encouraged to plan around a promotion only for the company to withdraw it before the advertised deadline. This is unexcusable and shows a complete lack of respect for your customers. If Papa Johns doesn’t intend to honour an offer until the date advertised, then it shouldn’t advertise that date in the first place. Very disappointing and not the way a company should treat its customers.

  Consistently great quality pizza in carlisle. Perfectly baked crust and friendly staff. Will definitely be ordering again
