  Really dirty. Tables are gross No option to order diet coke or coke zero on drinks. Slow.

  Stupid computer ordering screens that constantly upsell loads of stuff you don't want. Once upon a time you used to be able to talk to an actual person to place your order Imagine that!

  Re Burger King at Southwaite Services on the M6- The food is standard, i.e. you know what you’re getting, what is appalling is the service which takes forever (it’s supposed to be fast food - duh!, I mean honestly, how are 2 members of staff supposed to serve 45 waiting customers) and the general cleanliness in the inside and the exterior of the premises was frankly awful) it wouldn’t happen in America, they wouldn’t stand for it, really, they should have the franchise removed or the lease terminated! AVOID at all costs unless you’re truly desperate!

  Worst service ever experienced. Literally no idea how to pack food. No one working together, individually working different areas and an inability to spot there is a problem. At least 10 customers have demanded money back.

  They provide The Halloumi stics like this. They forgot the onion rings and didn't include them. If you want to experience a £47.50 disaster, you've come to the right place 👏🏻👏🏻 This order was placed and eat inside the restaurant. The cheeses were in the cramped bag they gave us.
