    For a tip top experience, I advise going within the last hour of service, cold ancient fries and absolutely no eye contact from the team because you've just disrupted the cleaning down. The burger was lovely though, but for the prices, Id like hot food, I could have purchased cold food cheaper at the whsmith next door.

    Greasy burger,, greasy tables all-round messy. Had to get reluctant staff to wipe all our area down.

    Ordered a basic cheeseburger and fries. First cheeseburger was stone cold so took it back and got a replacement which quite frankly was no better. I was offered a refund but honestly I just wanted a hot burger (for £10!!) how difficult can that be?????? Buyer beware!!

    Absolute disgrace. 4 people working but nobody at the front desk to take order or help. Flood wasn't good. Tables and floor were filthy. Dirty trays piled up at the bins. Would not recommend
