  Food arrived over an hour late, one pizza was cold the other cold and burnt. Corresponded with customer service and they couldn't be bothered to respond! Avoid

  I had a disappointing experience at Domino’s due to the improper and unprofessional behaviour of a staff member named Jay. The way I was treated was disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I believe customers should always be treated with courtesy and professionalism. I hope management looks into this incident and takes appropriate action to ensure better customer service in the future.

  BOWNESS ON WINDERMERE OUTLET Ordered 2 pizzas online, I was kept updated on the app all the way to out for delivery. At this point it said out for delivery and the icon did not move for quite a while. When it did it went the opposite direction(this is OK as has happen before it went on another drop off first). That's when the app told me it had been delivered, I rang to enquire what was happening to be told almost immediately that it was 10 minutes away. Not sure how they knew this as I had given then no details at all(I don't like been lied to) at this point i told them to cancel and I wanted a refund. I was told it had been processed and I would receive the refund in a few days. That was 3 weeks ago and still nothing. I received numerous emails saying area manager would contact me HA HA that was a joke as well. I did receive 3 calls from them, the first 2 rang a couple of times each then stopped and the 3rd hung up when I answered. It would not surprise me if the first question at their employment interview must be, are you able and happy to lie to customers at every available opportunity. You are a total disgrace

  Absolutely awful service, delivered half and order then could not be bothered to acknowledge the fact the rest was missing. A drive called me saying he was here I stood in the rain for 15 mins Absolutely shocking

  The poor bloke behind the counter working on his own taking orders and prepping orders no other workers to be seen, absolute madness. Getting moaned at by customers waiting while taking new orders at the counter and online, doing his best to keep the place afloat, the guy needs a pay rise! This was at 2pm on wed 29th July, find out who he is and reward him, he's the only reason the whole place was still running today
