“Excellent experience with Domino’s Pizza! 🍕 The pizza was fresh, delicious, and full of flavour. The customer service was also excellent, with friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. The order was prepared perfectly, and the overall experience was great. Really happy with the food and service. Highly recommend Domino’s Pizza and will definitely order again!” 😊

Consistently bad service. I am a local of Bowness. This is the only just eat delivery service in my area. The foods always cold & some delivery drivers can't find the address although i live on a central road.

Terrible! This was an online order that was meant to be delivered within 20/25 mins. One hour later still nothing, one and half hours later, 7 failed phone calls and a couple of successful ones I was constantly told delivery would be imminent and the driver was on his way. I’m sure the driver is enjoying there free pizza! Customer service was poor and not too bothered about the situation.

Imagine ending your holiday with running down an unlit road drenched wet in rain because the drive was giving your food away down the road. The pizza was cold and soul less. The delivery driver didn’t care. Wet shoes wet cloths and terrible experience… I understand if you can’t find the address but why take an hour to deliver to some random teenagers while being on the phone with the person who orders the food…

Driver couldn’t find the address even though it’s on the app, tried to hand the food to random people even though we were on the phone with the driver at the time, explicitly telling him that the people he was giving the food to was not us. We then had run 500 metres on a dark unlit road, to collect the food before he gave it to random people. Then when we tried to call this particular takeaway to complain, they decided to hang up on us 5 times repeatedly. Very poor from the people at this shop.
