  This place needs investigating!!!! Food arrived over an hour past when the app said it was out for delivery despite being 5 mins away. Food arrived stone cold! I tried to refuse the pizza and the delivery driver began guilt trip us nearly crying, begging saying please take the pizza it will come out my wages please sir please! With it being £50 of food we felt so guilty we bought it, I rang up then to get a refund and they never picked up. The next day I was told they’d refund me, but they couldn’t due to policy they couldn’t refund cash which is a lie. We didn’t even eat the pizza as it was stone cold and it wasn’t cooked properly. Since then I have just been hung up on multiple times. The workers are rude and disgusting. This needs seriously investigating, I have made the local council well aware, they didn’t seem surprised. Do not order from here at all!!!! I am a local resident and disgusted!!

  Waited over an hour for 1 pizza and 2 sides asked to cancel and was told it would be 1 week for a refund other customers were asking the same. Lied to me that my pizza was in the oven when it wasn't and I waited another 20 minutes on the app it said 10 - 15 mins from when I ordered. I wouldn't have ordered it I knew I would be waiting over 1 hour. Dominos should take the franchise away from this store it's a disgrace to your brand. Staff need customer service training. If you can't keep up with the orders then stop taking them to catch up rather than making the backlog worse. Staff were also being rude about customers whilst speaking in a foreign language whilst not realising I could understand.

  Waited 50 mins for a pizza. All customers been lied to about the wait time. Language barrier between staff and customers made it even harder to get clarity on the time for food.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ During our stay in the Lake District, it was refreshing to find somewhere that offered consistent quality and fair pricing. While many of the local pubs and restaurants seemed quite expensive, Domino’s charged the same prices you’d expect from any other branch, with the same reliable quality. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient, and the staff greeted us with a smile. The food was exactly what we expected – hot, fresh, and tasty. Sometimes there’s real value in knowing exactly what you’re going to get, and Domino’s delivered just that. A great option if you’re looking for a quick, dependable meal in Windermere.

  Really enjoyed my meal here. The pizza was tasty, and the wrap was excellent too. In my opinion, even better than some I’ve had in London. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. A lovely experience overall – highly recommended!
