  There's a couple of workers that are extremely rude that work here. But some absolute superstars work here, also. There used to be a really handsome guy with a beard who worked there but haven't seen him for a while. I think thw cafe needs updating. Would also like them to manage the Costa Coffee machine better as it never seems to work.

  Never had any issues with this shop at all until today. Older gentleman employee with grey thinning hair was extremely rude to me at the self checkout area today, sparking me to write this review. didn’t get his name but just wanted to post this review as i am a regular shopper here and due to this incident i will be regularly shopping elsewhere. thank you

  I would like to make a complaint regarding a member of staff working at the sandwich section this morning at approximately 9am. She was an older lady with short grey hair. My sister, daughter, and I were looking at the sandwich selection when the staff member came in front of us to continue her work. She did not say “excuse me” and instead appeared to huff and puff while we were standing there. When I did eventually say “excuse me,” her attitude and demeanour still came across as rude and unprofessional. She continued sighing, looking back at us repeatedly, and giving what felt like dirty looks. There was no need for this behaviour, and it made us feel very uncomfortable. I would appreciate it if the store could look into who this colleague was and take appropriate action.
