When I asked politely, and I was correct maybe would have expected a response to be equally polite and maybe along the lines of, “sorry about that sir, let us refund you for the amount we overcharged.” Instead was rudely told to “go over there and she will give you back your refund”. I then had to explain again. Eventually got my refund. The thought to apologise for the mistake didn’t even cross the mind of any of the female staff in the vicinity. Was deemed a nuisance, and an inconvenience to request I pay the correct amount. Staff in serious need of some customer service training.
