  Weirdly uncomfortable unisex bathroom, it also took ages for us to get our drinks, like 25 minutes just to get bottles of coke.

  The scrambled eggs were runny and pale. The sausage was burnt and the staff couldn't care less. We paid 35 pounds for what was worth 5 pounds

  I cannot emphasise enough how I’d never normally leave a poor review for an independent business, but I paid £10+ for a muffin and a matcha, and despite being asked whether I had any allergens or not, I was given the wrong milk for my drink and gingerbread syrup instead of vanilla, which was incredibly unpleasant. I understand that the girl making my drink was training, but surely the person supervising should’ve caught that? That could’ve been an allergen risk. The colour was off, and the muffin was stale :( I actually opted to go here instead of any chain businesses and went out of my way, and sad to say it was a disappointing experience.

  Poor service, miserable staff member who served husband. Expensive cakes and food, so went for just a coffee, although this was tasteless. Visited previously with good food and service, but won't be retuning, very expensive, much nicer coffee elsewhere and staff unhelpful. Disappointed.
