- CLChristine LowrieSep 29, 20261.0Arrived at 12:15am, ordered through the app while in the car park to pick up via the drive thru. We saw a few cars moved through the drive thru although I don't know if they were served or not. Order was put in for 12:17am. At the drive thru there was a taxi behind me and a van at the other intercom. Waited for 5 minutes to be served, no one spoke to us so myself and the guy in the taxi behind us got out to check if anyone was inside. All lights on, no machines running, no typical McDonald's beeping from inside. Banged on the door then walked round to the drive thru windows to see what was going on. No one around. We all got worried that someone was on their own and had collapsed or something. Tried phoning, could hear the phone ringing but no answer. I cancel the order at 12:38am and leave. Parked up nearby to see where else was open, drove by McDonald's on way home at 12:45 and saw the back door open and a young-ish guy out smoking a cigarette. So disappointed, went home hungry and with less fuel and nothing to show for it. I really hope it doesn't happen again.
- KMKaren McIntyreSep 20, 20261.0Really disappointed with my experience here. My order was made incorrectly, but instead of correcting their mistake, I was told I would have to queue again and buy the meal again. I left the burger at the counter and left because I was shocked to have been expected to pay again because the restaurant got my original order wrong. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was poor and left me feeling like I was being charged for their error. Not the usual service given by McDonald's.

- MSMałgorzata StasiulewiczSep 17, 20265.0Really like this McDonald's after it went through some renovations. Friendly staff, really clean and like the option to get the food delivered to the table.
- VVVictoriaAug 23, 20265.0We stopped for a quick breakfast and were amazed by this McDonalds - spotless clean, bright, staff are making sure all is in order. Great views of the hills as a bonus. Food arrived quickly. I rarely go to McDo but this one is great for a quick bite
