  extremely rude arrogant white english woman behind the counter today at 11:30am 25/05, she seems miserable to be there and has a stinky attitude, she has an aggressive body language when speaking back to customers rolling eyes shaking her head rude facial expression and slamming stuff on counter and heard talking shit after i walked off. A manager needs to sort it out it seems like a reoccurring issue. made the experience awful, avoid this place.

  Very convenient having a local store as the stock levels are better than the tesco down the road however staff look miserable everytime you walk in not one smile or hello everytime and away with the fairies half of the time . Makes a dull shopping experience

  Don’t expect service with a smile because you will be waiting a long time. The staff are a miserable lot and I only went in to collect a parcel because gave up on this store a year ago because the stuff we bought wasn’t on sale anymore. Coop isn’t the cheapest place to shop but at least show a bit of cheer instead of being downright glum and wishing you weren’t here. Cheer up.
