he pricing strategies at the Tesco Brighouse store have become completely insulting to customers. They seem to think shoppers are stupid and won't notice how they manipulate prices to force people into using the Clubcard app. A perfect example happened yesterday: they had a 2L bottle of Redex engine oil marked with a "normal" price of £28, but "discounted" to £20 with a Clubcard. Not a long time ago, I bought this exact same Redex bottle here for £12 with a Clubcard when the original price was listed as £20. They have deliberately inflated both the regular price and the discount price just to make the Clubcard deal look like a massive saving, when in reality it is now more expensive than it ever was. They are doing this across the entire store with numerous other products now. It’s a dishonest way to trade, and it completely ruins any trust you have in their pricing.

The new cafe is awful, its very bland, no theme or colour to it. The food has got worse and it feels very dull. I have been going hear for 4 years, won't be returning.

Frequently experience congestion just inside the entry barriers due to the placement of tub containers that stop easy passage into the shop.
