- JFJames FreemanSep 22, 20265.0I was collecting an online order that my daughter had made and asked me to pick up on my way back from work. When the manager (I have forgotten her name) who was serving handed me 3 sandwiches, I said that there should be two vegetarian sandwiches (there are 4 of us in the family). I pointed to a 2 next to the vegetarian order. She apologised and started working on this order while putting the others in the oven to keep warm. She then pointed out that the 2 on the receipt related to the second order and not 2 of that order. I quickly phoned my daughter and we then realised that my daughter had mistakenly only ordered 1. The manager was brilliant in dealing with our obviously confusing order, alongside another customer waiting in the shop and two Deliveroo drivers. She worked quickly but with care and obvious pride in how the sandwiches were constructed. Her customer care and professionalism was excellent.
