Went in for lunch with my mum and was extremely disappointed! We ordered on the screens no issues. Where we then waited 10 minutes before staff came to tell us one of the drinks was out of stock. Then another 30-40 minutes before the food arrived and the croutons on mine and my mums salad were that stale they were wet extremely disappointing

Avoid this souless café, it reminds me of a works canteen, you order at a machine as you enter, then take a table number then you sit and wait for your order. Well done Tesco's for changing a really lovely hospitable café into a bland souless experience. The booth were you pick up takeaway food looks like DIY green house ? Gone is the friendly interaction with the staff to be replaced with a unfathomable screen ordering system well done Tesco 10 out of 10 if you like this type of self ordering system !!!

Avoid this cafe, its absolutely awful. The service is truly disgusting with staff that are rude and clearly see customers as a nuisance. Upon entering there are several touch screen card only machines to place an order. These machines are very awkward and definitely not user friendly. So, when you finally give up and approach the counter which has a sign stating cash only, the staff, when you can get their attention (hiding in the back) rudely state you have to use the extremely annoying touch screen card only system. Personally at that point I gave up and walked out and went to Costa. Never again, expensive and what an awful experience.
