Followed by 2 flat whites with a mini dessert. Food was excellent, well cooked and well presented. The atmosphere was quiet but friendly and the service was great. All for less than £50. Better all round than their neighbours 👊🏻 Dog friendly too.

- DHdave hewittSep 19, 20265.0Been a very long time since I've visited the Pickering arms. It's changed quite a bit yet not a lot as well. Outdoor sitting in comfy chairs and heat! Is a very welcome addition. Inside it's much like I remember from my old days in Lymm but it's definitely a lot cleaner and tidy than in the days of yore food was tasty and well prepared if a little f(for me) overpriced. Unfortunately that's more a case of today's living than any real problem with prices, most pubs are getting to be a luxury than a everyday thing. All in all I had a great night visiting friends and the pick was an excellent venue for it. I'll be back to try the menu perhaps on my next visit to Lymm (and the surrounding area 😉)
