  Dont rely on the close times on goggle and dont rely on the 2200 close on the door when i arrived at 21.40 it was closed and they had packed up.

  The restaurant is closed for good we were there tonight and were informed by a member of staff it was closed down

  We had arrived to celebrate an anniversary were politely told that we could not dine there as we were not hotel guests even though they had sent us a 40% off voucher. Im sure it is lovely but it is a shame we had driven so far and could not dine, DO NOT VISIT unless you are staying in the hotel.

  I have been staying in the premier inn and eating at the beef eater adjacent for the past 4 years. Seems like a new manager has taken over as I have never seen them before. I went to order my food at the bar and she snatched the menu out of my hand and rudely said we’re not doing food tonight. I can’t fault the other staff, just the one who served me with red hair. Awful service and don’t understand how someone can act in such a manner to a customer that just asked to order food. Had already ordered a drink at the bar so now can’t drive when no one once said we’re not taking food orders tonight. Worst thing was it’s the manager! 🤦🏻‍♂️
