  I recently visited Burger King at Condate Retail Park in Northwich and had a very positive experience. One of the first things I noticed was how clean and well maintained the restaurant was. The dining area, tables, floors, and counters were all spotless, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. It was clear that the team takes pride in keeping the restaurant tidy throughout the day. The location is excellent, especially if you're already shopping at the retail park. There is plenty of free parking available right outside, making it very convenient to visit without worrying about finding a space. The restaurant is also easy to access and well signposted, which makes it ideal for both local residents and people passing through the area. The staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Even during a busy period, they remained organised and professional, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The service was efficient, and the restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere that made the visit enjoyable. I also liked how spacious the seating area was, with enough room for families, groups, and individuals. Everything looked clean and well looked after, including the self-service areas and customer facilities. Overall, this Burger King stands out because of its cleanliness, convenient location, excellent parking, and friendly customer service. It's a great place to stop while visiting the retail park, and the pleasant atmosphere makes the experience even better. I would happily recommend this branch to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed, and convenient place to take a break while shopping in Northwich.

  So I was shopping at the retail park about half an hour ago and decided to eat at Burger King. Firstly, the tables were dirty and full of food. It seemed like it was everybody’s first day at work. Clearly nobody knew how to do their jobs. Especially a particular man named “Oliver”. When I went up to the counter to place my order, he just stared at me, didn’t speak to me, until I spoke first. He made me feel like a burden (even though it’s his job?). Honestly, most of the staff were pleasant I guess even though they can’t clean tables for the life of them, but “Oliver” in question…He was horrible.

  Ordered 2 Vegan Royal Meals, Plant Based Whopper Meal and Onion Rings as we are Vegetarian - Ordered looked correct on the drive thru screen, paid £31, collected the order and drove home - took a bite out of the vegan royal meal and realised it was chicken royal, tried calling the restaurant 6 times to get no answer! Think they really need to double check orders
