  Had an amazing dining experience today! The food was absolutely delicious. A special shoutout to our server, Alisa—she was super attentive, gave great recommendations, and was so delightful to chat with. Will definitely be coming back!

  ​"Tried the new fish and chip ramen, and it was lovely! The staff were friendly and lovely, and because I had booked a table ahead of time, I could walk right past the long queue outside and straight into the restaurant at my reservation time. The table was already set up and ready to go with a reserved sign. A top tip for anyone going: definitely book in advance, as the people waiting outside in the queue are just those who didn't book. ​Once seated, the food is cooked fresh to order, meaning dishes can come out at different times for different people at the table—so don't panic if your food arrives separately from others. If you want everything served together, it's worth asking your server. Also, a nice bonus is that the green tea is free! Overall, a great meal and a smooth experience if you plan ahead."

  Always had great service here, even when it's busy. Some dishes arrive earlier than others becauze it's served as it's ready rather than all at once. Highly recommend the dumplings and bao.

  I came here with my girlfriend on Saturday 19th September to the ellesmere port Cheshire oaks restaurant and was served by a very professional, friendly and helpful Mollie, she literally couldn't do enough for us and made our visit exceptional while also making sure we got our order exactly how we wanted it. Mollie is what I will call true customer service and sets the tone on how customer service should be conducted. Her senior staff and management should be proud of her and I highly recommend anyone wanting to try this particular type of food to visit this location. 5 stars out of 5 from me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
