  Takes over an hour for food. Not great when it finally arrives. This was supposed to be a club sandwich. Service & quality has gone down hill. A few years ago it was a great cafe, food was always top notch & the cafe was always full, never had to wait too long. Not sure what’s changed or why.

  We bought a southern fried chicken wrap it came as the photo shows, one rock hard chicken tender that you can’t bite & a dry wrap that snaps. Nothing else inside. We also bought a children’s chips and sausage and the chips were also inedible. They were burnt and rock solid and not suitable for a small child to even attempt.

  Poor customer service, asked for an item to not be on my burger (no option on the terminal) got told she would ask stood waiting as she didnt ask eventually asked and was told its part of the selected item, I reiterated i didnt want the cucumber on top of the burger and surely they could.just not place it on the burger they prep... with and huff was told ok I guess so. Tables were untidy (4 staff only saw 1 bringing food out rest seem to be in the back) Chips served had a torn piece of a salt sachet in the bowl (either poor cleaning standards or somehow dropped in there..) Otherwise food was decent

  No interaction from staff, very slow service, bacon bap was stale and only 2 small pieces of bacon for £4.15 is disgraceful, the latte’s were weak, not up to Costa standard
