  the food is good, i prefer it to dominos, however there’s past few times i’ve been in to collect my order placed on the app there has been an extremely rude woman working there. being incredibly condescending to customers and shouting at other staff members. shouting that i needed to pay for my food literally 5 seconds after i did with another staff member, the men have never been rude to me before. very disappointing

  Delicious but the staff are overworked and look incredibly stressed. They profusely apologised for our pizza taking so long (took 20 mins or something it’s not that deep). Please get more staff. There was only one woman who was doing the counter stuff and making the pizzas, then one guy came in with headphones in and a jacket not sure on how to make the pizzas, and another guy came in 5 mins later to do the till who was really nice. don’t you have managers or something?? Great food and service but still feel bad, they are clearly under staffed. Never had papa John’s before but must say I prefer it to dominoes and it’ll be my go to!

  They show one price on the window outside, and then charge more in the shop. Because it was someone else that went in and ordered, they didn't argue. I went down to dispute it. They said it's because they haven't had the new window stickers delivered yet. I asked to cancel my pizza, so they guy gave me the difference so it wasn't a cancellation. But when the person who placed the order went into collect the pizza, the guy behind the till thought he would give his opinions and told him to pass a message to me about checking the prices online before going. Considering it's been the same price for the last 2 months and it's plastered on the window outside the shop, I didn't think I needed to. I wasn't going to leave a review. But since the guy decided to give his opinions to the guy collecting the order, I'm giving my opinions on here. Id recommend going to dominos over the road, or pizza hut further down the road. Alot better customer service
