The person with the food then walked past 4 times before my boyfriend had to explain that we think it was our food. Then to be told the drive through staff had written the wrong number plate on it. Once we finally received our food it was luke warm, no dips (baring in mind they are 70p each) the drinks came without straws and no napkins were provided even considering the massive amount of caramel dripping down the side of the frappe.

- STsarah thomasJul 11, 20262.0food was okay,not the problem here the issue is staff. a young man named connor was very rude. i asked if he could put some ketchup in my bag and he rolled his eyes at me and told me to go the tesco and buy my own. he clearly thought it was a funny joke but my autistic son was very upset and refuses to eat without ketchup. he needs more customer training it seems. he also talking very inappropriately to other staff members and customers shouldn’t hear that.
