- LSLaura SharrockJul 25, 20261.0Pre ordered as there was a massive line and only 1 person serving, we waited until past the time and the drinks we ordered where put on the side in a bag ans left, while there we watched staff launch an order in a bag across the counter and make breakfast items on the counter with her bear hands pulling egg apart then adding bacon, nothing was cleaned and then a sausage roll was made with the same equipment and on the same side, if this is happening where customers can see I would hate to see what happens in the back, glad we only ordered drinks

Every time I come here, the black tall guy (I’m not being a racist, using the description to specify the person), was so rude and act like he doesn’t wanna serve me. Every time I tried to scan my Greggs QR code, the attitude that he showed was awful. If people like him do not have any customer service, why they still keep him. Shame on you Greggs. Not gonna recommend and will never come back.

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
