Ordered on Deliveroo. They missed the small fries. Phoned up and spoke to the manager Andrew. He couldn’t help further unless we walked in as Deliveroo take over. It’s a shame they can’t fix. We live very close by so it’s just a real shame. He offered the fries if we come by to collect but we’re literally sat at home in our pjs we’re not going to bother leaving the house.

The burgers there are exceptional; my daughter loves the food and always wants to stop for a burger whenever we pass.

I visited your Bridge St , Chester branch ( 17/08 approx 1700hrs) & used your app what was my first time . I was served by Ryan S - he could not have been any more helpful , friendly & professional- it made my visit/experience even better
