  Went in late Saturday night to order. Ignored at till point for some time - no interest in instore orders as deliveries were so busy. Placed order and was then told it's 25 minutes wait. I said no I'm not waiting that long I'll have a refund. Staff refused even though they hadn't started making the pizza. So I had to wait- to be fair they made it faster but the communication and service was terrible and I will not be using them again. If there's a big wait tell me before I order ? Then don't be belligerent when I ask to cancel an order you haven't made.

  Usually one staff on, card only, got rejected when I brought cash and didn't have card, the prices are ok and the pizza tastes generally good so I'm quite unhappy that there's a limited payment method but apart from that it's ok.
