  I had a voucher for a free pizza, so today I decided to use it. I paid £15.68 for extra sides in order to qualify for free delivery. However, once I had paid and my order was confirmed, it showed as collection, even though I know I selected the delivery option. I called the shop to explain the issue, as we were at work and unable to leave to collect the order. They refused to deliver it, so I asked for the order to be cancelled. I was then told to place another order and that I would be reimbursed for the first order within 5–10 working days. I explained that I wasn't willing to pay £31 upfront for two orders and then wait for a refund. I was eventually told that the order had been cancelled. What makes this even more frustrating is that we are literally just round the corner from the shop. Overall, a very disappointing experience and poor customer service. One week later - After emailing head office with the complaint, I was told that someone from the franchise would contact me within 5 days, no one has been in contact. I will never use Dominos again!

  Went in late Saturday night to order. Ignored at till point for some time - no interest in instore orders as deliveries were so busy. Placed order and was then told it's 25 minutes wait. I said no I'm not waiting that long I'll have a refund. Staff refused even though they hadn't started making the pizza. So I had to wait- to be fair they made it faster but the communication and service was terrible and I will not be using them again. If there's a big wait tell me before I order ? Then don't be belligerent when I ask to cancel an order you haven't made.

  Usually one staff on, card only, got rejected when I brought cash and didn't have card, the prices are ok and the pizza tastes generally good so I'm quite unhappy that there's a limited payment method but apart from that it's ok.
