Don't order from them. Ordered online and the app said 20-35 minutes for delivery. After 1 hour 5 minutes I phoned the store and they said it should be with me in 15 minutes! If they can't meet the timescales given or at least close to them, then they should surely be phoning customers to say so. I said we wanted a refund as it was too late. He said they couldn't do refunds in the evening! Asked me to call back tomorrow. Sent a complaint to Domino's Customer Service but that'll be a waste of time and they'll just refer back to the franchisee. Massive company like dominoes can't get it right. Shocking.

Obviously not arsed how long the pizza is going to take. I get it’s the night shift but I don’t want to be waiting over a hour for my order.
