There has been a change of staff. Used to enjoy bringing my toddler because the service was fast and the food was fine if you needed to grab something when you were out. Been really disappointed the last few times I’ve been- wait on service, quality of food coming out.. I’ve even had to go into the kitchen myself to bring our food out. I recently let a member of staff in the main supermarket know the concerns I had and that the lady working in the cafe needed help / an extra pair of hands and if she could let management know- she looked at me like she was unsure why I was telling her that (I explained customer service was too busy for me to wait to let them know) I have very little confidence my concerns were passed on.
Lovely food! Definitely much better than I remember :) only thing I'd say is that air con was on and it's a cold February day 🥶
The food here was mid at best and very expensive. The matcha iced tea which I ordered was filled to the brim with ice cubes, barely any actual drink in it, the club wasn’t anything special and was not heated at all, however the staff were nice and friendly. Would recommend going to greggs at the other end of the store instead of here, cheaper and actual hot food.

Crap value. Given Tesco can use going out of date food they can't sell, so have very little ingredient costs, their cafes used to be good value. £10 fit big breakfast used to be a good deal. Now it's tiny, anaemic looking bacon and sausage and bread, crappy hash and beans. The posh market nearby does a huge bacon sandwich for £8, extortionate, but seemingly better value than Tesco with a great atmosphere. Get back to looking after your customers Tesco
I went into tesco and ordered tomatoes on toast, and I got this. 🤣 I don't think they knew what tomatoes on toast mean tomatoes plural but I got just the one🤣🤣🤣normally great food but this was disappointing.
