- MSMOO STARApr 18, 20261.018/04/2026 - really poor effort from this Mcdonalds. I arrived to find no cars in the drive thru. The place looked half empty. I ordered a EVM a quarter pounder meal woth a coke. No extras and no sauces etc. I was asked to park up in the grill bay. Whilst i was waiting a number of cars went into the drive thru and no customer enetering by food. 20 minutes late bot a single car left and they all formed a queue trying to enter the grill bays. After the 20 minutes i recieved my food. A poor attempt of building a basic burger at a basic eatery was too much trouble for the staff. The fries box was just about half full and cold. The person who brought the food to me was rude, chewing gum and looking like they were chewing on a wasp. Ofcourse this is my fault for going to a cheap, minimal quality restaurante in a low income area.

I was told her name is Faz and I just want to thank you for being so polite, friendly and having the biggest smile to greet you. Let’s hope the Birchwood site are able to hold onto her as she is an asset. Well done Faz.
- CCColinApr 9, 20265.0Ordered two orders on the App,was told to wIt in grill bay.It took a long time to get food and they forgot a fillet of fish sandwich,so had to go back through drive through to get missing sandwich,in the time it took order was getting colder.So not a good experience.
