Absolutely disgusting service and BOT customer service keeps going over the same crap over and over again. Will NEVER be using McDonalds again and will be turning up to the restraunt to get my money back
- RRRS180587May 17, 20261.0Consistently the worst McDonalds I’ve ever visited. In the last 5 orders, 5 have been incorrect. The most recent was missing all 4 drinks from the Happy Meals, a portion of chips and the McCrispy was missing the bacon and cheese. The staff need some serious retraining, the management should be ashamed of themselves for letting it get this bad (it’s been this way for at least 12 months), and the franchisee should be reconsidering his options, given a brand new one has opened up down the road. Which is where we will be taking our business from now on.
