  My food never arrived after having to return my beef to be ‘well done’ or cooked through. The service was poor.

  The food tasted like it was cooked in dish water, it was terrible! And no, it's not how its cooked because the same style of meal at the pheonix flower in stoke on trent is absolutely amazing for half the price, which leads me onto my next gripe, there is no way on God's green earth that the meal was worth £75! It was ramen noodles with abit of belly pork, absolutely outrageous! The only good thing was the server, she was very nice; Conclusion I will NEVER go again, over priced garbage, save your money and go to an independent authentic restaurant.

  The overall experience was disappointing. A member of staff who had been serving us took a break and sat on a bench next to us during our meal, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable in a restaurant setting. We also ordered two soba dishes with steak, but one portion of steak was noticeably smaller than the other, despite both dishes being charged at the same price.

  "I had an amazing visit to Wagamama Cheshire Oaks! The food was great, but the service from Alice was what made it truly special. She was absolutely brilliant and her customer service was spot on—so friendly and attentive. She is a real credit to the team and we will definitely be back!"

  Staff and atmosphere is great. However the toilet roll holder in the mens room has still not been fixed in nearly 12 months (have visited multiple times) always check before you go as it is always "out of stock at point of use" so ask for some ammo before you go in...
